Return Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Refunds (if applicable)

If your product is defective, we can issue a refund or replacement upon receiving a photo of the shirt and the problem.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or sized incorrectly. If you need to exchange your shirt for a different size, send us an email at support@onlyinyourstate.com. We will then ask you to ship the shirt back to us and we'll begin processing the exchange.
